We photograph every piece carefully so that its design, colour, finish and detailing are represented as accurately as possible. Minor differences may occur because of lighting, screen settings or photography. Please review the close-up images, product video, measurements and weight before ordering; model images are provided mainly for styling and scale reference.

The base metal, plating and stone details are mentioned separately on every product page. All Jyoti Luxe jewellery is nickel-free and anti-tarnish. However, anti-tarnish does not mean tarnish-proof—the longevity of plated jewellery depends on usage and care. Keep it away from water, perfume, lotions and excessive perspiration, and store it separately in its original packaging.

We specifically curate our jewellery to create a rich statement look while remaining lightweight and comfortable for long celebrations. The exact measurements and weight are provided wherever available. Our jewellery is nickel-free, but individual skin sensitivities can vary; if your skin is highly reactive, we recommend trying the piece briefly before extended wear.

Shipping within India is free on orders above ₹1,499; a ₹99 shipping charge applies to lower-value orders. You can pay using cards, UPI or net banking. Cash on Delivery is available for selected PIN codes after a ₹200 advance payment. Wallet payments are not currently supported.

Please contact Jyoti Luxe within 48 hours of delivery if your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, materially different from its listing, or has an item or accessory missing. Keep a continuous parcel-opening video, clear photographs or videos, tags and original packaging. For approved brand-fault claims, Jyoti Luxe will arrange reverse shipping and provide the eligible exchange, repair or refund remedy selected under our policy. Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after inspection.
